继上一张专辑之后，除了偶而回来台湾帮歌手录制专辑之外，陶喆消失了快两年的时间。第二张专辑「I’M OK」在大家的千呼万唤下，终于将他沉淀两年的心血结晶全新的创作专辑推出。
专辑中，陶喆以摇滚的精神作为音乐背景，从第一首歌「找自己」开始就摆脱了上一张R&B的风格，以Alternative Rock的形式呈现。这就是陶喆，要用一首首充满摇滚精神的音乐与市场接触，让人回到60-70年代听摇滚乐的朴实的快乐。在这张专辑推出的同时陶喆在香港及台湾举行个人演唱会，在演唱会上许多的大牌歌手们都到场聆听他的演唱。
从小就常常往返台湾、美国，传统中国和西方文明在陶喆身上都产生了不少的影响。中国人的感情一向讲求含蓄，他就会尝试用比较「放」的方式，以自然的方式去诠释感情，所以歌曲中可以听到不少「OH BABY」或者随性的转音，重点不是每个音都很准、每个字都咬的很清楚，而是要用最真诚的自己来面对音乐。
